I did everything i could but the end i found out with the L.A. Daily News registration department representative told me was the only person could resolve my problem right now is Groupon corporation. He told me nothing he could help me. I should receive exactly what I paid for. There no reason to cut short my deal without consent. I believed my L.A. Daily newspaper deliver would be end until April **, **** rather than June **, ****. ... I brought two years Sunday L.A Daily Newspapers. I have problem contact person who is selling this deal. I need a o made complaint. When I contact L A Daily news customer service, and hey told me my Sunday newspaper good for one year rather than two years. Not only that issue i am having, Idid not received my Sunday newspapers base upon date show on their record. I had called several times in the past to complaint then finally my messages go through then i started to receive my Sundays newspapers. They did not credit me undelivered Sunday newspaper but instead they shorten the length of time for me to receive my Sunday newspaper until June **, **** without explanation. I believe something is happening here. On August **, ****, I contacted the phone number listed on seller description. The phone number is (***)***-**** and i got a hold with one representative and he told me he could not do anything for me but he told me to contact Groupon to get help. I right away logged on Groupon website and i have a chance to chat with Tushar, customer service department. Ticket Id is *******************. She told me she will escalate my case and have someone do investigation for few days and then someone will reply to my email with my requested.
I believed they don’t realize my deal I purchased is good for two years.
I kindly ask Groupon representative to contact L.A. Daily News registration department at (***)***-**** to strengthen out my problem. They could not help me but they told me have a Groupon representative contact them then my problem will be resolve. That all to it.
I royal customer because I cause trouble with any seller until something go wrong with my purchased. I made instant payment. Well communication with seller
I just have to wait for your reponse. Nothing else I could do for now. My hands are tied.
