Hi! My name is Susan and I am writing to ask if you would be able to help me. I am a teacher (and very poor!). So I am so happy that Groupon exists so that I can do things without paying full price. If it wasn't for you guys, I'd be sitting at home trying not to spend money and not have a life. So thank you. So I bought a Groupon for Riverside Hot Pot and was going to take a friend who is also a teacher and a couple of friends who are in the military. We were going to go tomorrow (school starts next week and the Groupon is for Monday through Thursday). Well, my military friends were deployed this past weekend (to Russia) and now I can't use my Groupon before school starts. I don't want to waste the money I spent on it so I'm asking if you can do anything for me. I know I'm asking a lot, but money is low right now (since I don't work in the summer) and I cannot afford to waste it but cannot use it. You don't even have to give me a refund. I'm willing to take a credit so I can buy future things from Groupon. Please help me. I am hoping that you can do something for me. As you can see, I've been using Groupon for years and am a good customer. Thank you for your consideration. Susan
