Help with my Groupon issue

Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-flautale will need to dig through the advice provided by Groupon, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. See above ... I initiated a return* the site crashed and asked me to check back later. I returned to **My Groupons** and the item (a cake slicer and lifter had disappeared.) I checked my email. PayPal has already credited my account (Great)! But there is no accompanying mailing label to use.**I am now wondering if I need to return the item. Perhaps NOT?**I AM NOT GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING MORE FROM GROUPON UNTIL THEY PROVIDE PHONE SUPPORT.
They will not stay in business in this SERVICE ECONOMY unless they provide phone support. And they don't even have live tech support using texting. This is NOT providing support. Companies that do not provide support fail. Sorry, it's the truth.
I would like to receive a phone call from one of their reps about whether I need to return the cake service. If they cannot do that, an email will be OK. But a phone call would be much, much better. If they email me, I will provide my phone number.
I shop for bargains.
Googled phone contact for Groupon. Phone number found but it doesn't work. Contacted Gethuman.com.
