Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Went to tanning salon and voucher wouldn't come up so I paid cash, next day voucher came through twice tried to return to tanning salon and now because I was in there once, I am ineligible to use voucher. Need two vouchers for EZ tan to be refunded that were purchased on July **, **** under email *****@***.com for $**.** each voucher, total refund of $** on card ending in ****, order numbers ********** and **********.**And order number *********, purchased for Darque Tan, wasnt able to apply voucher to Services rendered, as they said the voucher was redeemed or want available any longer. Left and didn't return to that location. Can I get a refund or at least get a credit for another Groupon to be purchased?**I was just notified that my son, chase anderson, never received his packages that I ordered last year, order number ********* and ********* (necklace and watch), however they were out of town during this time. Can I get a refund or credit towards another Groupon? It does not tell me what form of payment was used therefore I'm unaware if I still have the card I purchased these two items is still active. If a refund of eligible can you refund the card that's active now on the account, if not can I get a credit for another voucher?**What happened when you have vouchers that ended up expiring before you were able to use them?
