I bought a Groupon for Spa Castle with 4 spa admissions and a 30-minute facial on August 8. Upon arrival, I was informed that the Groupon couldn't be used until 24 hours later. I was told I could cancel within 24 hours, so we paid full price to use the spa. When I tried to cancel the Groupon that evening, I found out I could only cancel within two hours and then had to go through the merchant. I've been calling the spa without any luck and also experiencing difficulties with my account login on your website. The spa was crowded and not very clean, which left us disappointed. I've reached out to my credit card company as well. I'm hoping you can assist me in getting a refund for this situation.

I used a Groupon voucher purchased on Feb. 23, [redacted], for a session at Floating Lotus, 39 W 56th St., New York, NY [redacted], which was utilized on July 24, [redacted], for which I paid $82. There seems to be an issue as they claim the voucher number was missing from the printout I provided. Could you please connect with Dani at Floating Lotus at [redacted], mentioning that we have corresponded? Kindly resolve the problem by providing the voucher number as they haven't received payment from Groupon for the service. I am writing to raise a concern about my Groupon purchase with the voucher number 1[redacted]69-[redacted] for an aromatherapy massage at Beautiful Women in South Ruislip. I used my voucher to schedule an appointment at this establishment for today, August 12th, 15 days ago. I distinctly remember setting the appointment for 10:00am and updating my calendar accordingly. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that my appointment time had passed, and they were unwilling to reschedule me for a later slot, mentioning the payment was made through a voucher. Despite having my contact information and my close proximity to the salon, they did not contact me to inquire about my whereabouts. I recently purchased a snorkeling trip for two and an additional one as a gift for my sister. Before buying through a Groupon deal, I checked the company's website and found a trip to Lanai for dolphin snorkeling, advertised at a value $10 less than the Groupon price. However, after following the instructions, the company is attempting to book my wife and me on a $29 trip, far below the usual price of $75 each as advertised. The normal value for the snorkeling dolphin encounter is $65, creating confusion and disappointment. I have yet to have my sister redeem her gift and am waiting for a resolution. Hello, I placed an order for six coffees with the order number [redacted]25 on August 3rd. I have a couple of inquiries regarding my order. Firstly, the coffees are intended as a gift for my 81-year-old aunt, and I made a mistake with the address. It should be [redacted] Sunningdale, Chapel Hill Road, but I mistakenly input [redacted] Chapelhill, Chapel Hill Road. Since the product has not been dispatched yet, could you please amend the address? My aunt can be a bit grumpy, and I was hoping this gift would brighten her mood. I purchased three lymphatic hot stone massages from Damien’s Healing. However, upon checking my Groupon account, I noticed that the coupon was marked as used at 2:45 A.M. on June 30th. I was actually in France visiting my daughter at that time. The timing seems suspicious as who would get a massage that late? I have concerns regarding the legitimacy of the reviews for this place. Firstly, no one had access to my Groupon account as my phone was with me in Europe. Secondly, I question if the therapist providing massages at such an odd hour is licensed. Hello, I have been attempting to contact customer support without success. Earlier today, I made a purchase lacking the necessary funds. I have since deposited money into my account to cover the payment, but I am unable to find an option to finalize the purchase and remove the "pending" status. My aim is to secure my Groupon purchase and ensure my reservation for tomorrow's event. I am puzzled as to why the computer shows my Groupon as processing while my phone displays it as pending. I am concerned about whether Groupon will attempt the payment again later in the day, especially since I have a hotel booking for tomorrow. I attempted to purchase a Groupon deal for the Breakaway Hotel in Amelia Island around noon on 8/12/18. Despite starting the process, I did not receive any confirmation. Upon contacting live chat at 1:12PM, I was informed the process may take 2-3 hours. However, by 7PM, I still had no confirmation and encountered issues accessing my Groupon account. I expressed my concerns to the customer service representative about the lack of confirmation, as our hotel reservation was the following day and the location was [redacted] miles away. Despite sending an email requesting cancellation, I have not heard back from Groupon. This experience has been frustrating, and it has left me doubting if I will use Groupon in the future.

This was my first time ordering tickets for Muse Paint Bar. I mistakenly purchased tickets for * people when only * of us were attending, as I couldn't split the tickets like with Paint Nite. After realizing the issue, I bought two additional tickets but still couldn't redeem them on the website. Upon contacting the merchant, I learned that the Groupon tickets were not for the regular Paint Nite events. In the end, I had to buy tickets directly from Muse Paint Bar for my group. I kindly request a refund for the unused tickets. I tried getting assistance online but was unsuccessful. My account is under C. Since only * of us were going, I couldn't redeem the tickets online. I ended up purchasing two more separate tickets, one single and one double, but still couldn't redeem them on the website. After contacting the merchant, I learned that the Groupon tickets are not valid for regular Paint Nite events. To resolve this, I had to buy * tickets directly from Muse Paint Bar. I am requesting a refund for the tickets I couldn't use. Despite trying to speak with someone online, I was unsuccessful. I bought a Groupon package on July 12th with order#1[redacted]48-[redacted] for last weekend. Unfortunately, our trip was shortened due to unclean bed linens. Despite paying for an early check-in and spending money around the resort, we found fresh blood on one set of bedding and heavily perfumed, unwashed linens on the other bed. This discovery led us to leave the resort and make the 3-hour journey home in the middle of the night. We informed the front desk about the issue, but declined to speak to a manager as we were too disgusted and did not want to change rooms considering the resort's laundry practices.

I recently purchased a Pogo pass, but the initial transaction failed. Following the email instructions, I updated my card details. Although the transaction went through, I noticed a second charge on my account without authorization. This unexpected charge has caused an overdraft fee of $38. I am interested in purchasing a 3-day Los Angeles Go Card for 2 adults and 1 child. I tried accessing Groupon through the Ebates app, as well as directly through the Groupon app, but faced the same issues. My main problems were not being able to add 2 adults and 1 child Go Cards to the cart simultaneously for payment, and also encountering difficulties applying the GOCITYTHANKS code for an extra 10% discount as advertised on Groupon's website. I bought two spa packages for my birthday, but couldn't use them before they expired due to being fully booked. When I tried to use them recently, I encountered problems. I initially purchased from Eden Day Spa but realized the location was not the one I expected. Then, attempting to book at Skin Spa New York, I faced the same issue of unavailability. This has been really disappointing and stressful. I urgently need a massage to unwind after a difficult time with my family's anniversary. I went to a tanning salon and had trouble with a voucher, so I paid cash. The next day, the voucher came through twice. When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn't use them because I had already been there once. I need a refund for two EZ Tan vouchers purchased on July 26, [redacted]. I received a dress in the wrong size, so I returned it and requested two dresses in a medium instead. However, when the package was sent back to me after refusing the delivery, I encountered an issue with returning the items as I do not have access to a printer to generate return labels. The additional cost of $7.50 per return seems contradictory to the free shipping and returns policy stated. I believe providing a pre-printed label with the order is a standard practice for most reputable businesses, which seems to be lacking here. I am dissatisfied with the services provided by the pole dance studio I purchased a Groupon pass for. My pass shows as redeemed, but I haven't received the services. I am requesting a refund. The studio didn't honor the Groupon expiration date they extended, and I faced difficulties booking classes. Their system errors led to me missing some classes. The teaching was subpar, with an unengaged instructor who couldn't accommodate my beginner level. Communication with the studio was challenging as they were only available via email, which often conveyed a blaming attitude and lacked accountability for the poor experience. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed with the service quality.

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for parking at JFK with Park Plus by Towne Park a few months back. We've already made a reservation for the parking. We used a Groupon with them in the past and everything went smoothly. When I made the purchase, I didn't notice an expiration date, but now I've realized it expires on 9/11, while we need it for 9/14 to 9/22. I see that the Groupon is still available for purchase now. I don't want to waste the Groupon or have to buy another one. Is there any way to adjust the dates for us to use it? Maybe extend the cancellation date, refund the original purchase so I can buy the current one, or cancel this one and reissue it with updated dates?
