I purchased a groupon trip July **th for order*****-******-****** for this past weekend and our trip was cut short due to dirty bed linens. After paying the early Check in fee and spending money around the resort. We returned to our room showered and getting ready for bed we discovered the fresh blood once we turned down the bedding and the other bed was so heavily perfumed and obviously not laundered as well we decided to leave the resort and travel the * hours home in the middle of the night. We did mention to the front desk and she asked if we wanted to speak to a manager and at that point we were so grossed out and didn’t want to be moved to a different room knowing the laundry practices of the resort.
GetHuman-dawncur did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I did a chat with one of the team members and she credited me $**.** in Groupon credit for future purchases. Better than what I got from Rocky Gap Resort $**.***nothing.
