I need to switch my payment method, my Groupon was charged to an old card. I was told it would be refunded and I was told to repurchase it for full price and the discount (promo code for $** off) I had would be refunded to me. It has not been given to me in the form of Groupon Bucks or a refund of any kind.
I would like my refund in the form of $** in Groupon Bucks promised.
I've been a Groupon customer for years.
I spoke to a Groupon Representative and he stated that I would receive a refund*discount of $** in Groupon Bucks and I have yet to receive that.
I have an issue with Groupon too
