Hello! I’ve been trying to reach customer support but I haven’t gotten any luck. Two hours ago I made a purchase without having the sufficient funds to pay for it. I transferred money into my account and I want to make the payment to remove the “pending” and have it reserved but I don’t understand why it doesn’t give me an option to do so. I’d like to purchase my Groupon and know that I ***% have the reservation for tomorrow’s event. I was wondering if I could receive help on how to do that. The computer says that my Groupon is processing but my phone says pending... will Groupon try to make the payment a second time later on during the day because I booked the hotel for tomorrow so I don’t know how that’s going to work or process...? **Sincerely,*Gabriela Carrodeguas
