Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

My wife ordered tickets and found out that they were for the Cincinnati zoo when we were actually going to the aquarium at the Newport on the levee she made a mistake and purchase the role tickets so we are now $** in the hole plus what we had to purchase when we got to the Newport on the levee and found out that we had the wrong tickets would like to get them refunded please thank you if you can please call (***) ***-**** or email me at *****@***.com
