The employee at the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN instructed me to purchase a ticket bc he said there was no record of a previous ticket being purchased in the system. I then was overcharged with more tickets than needed. He said to contact Groupon and they will reverse the error. ... I made a purchase on **** and had difficulty with it. I ended up being overcharged for tickets. I was instructed by the museum worker to contact Groupon to have the extra charge reversed. I can’t seem to find a phone number for Groupon.
When I contacted Groupon via email several times, I finally got a response saying the fine print states all sales are final. The rep didn’t even care to hear my situation.
I want the charge to be reversed. The error was made on part of the employee.
I’m an honest customer. I expect fair business practices from any service I purchase from. The company should hear the concern of the customer to try to resolve issues. This was not done. I also was unable to find a phone number for Groupon.
I have not received a further response to my issue.
