Hello, I would like to refund my order for Michelle’s salon for a credit towards a different salon. I bought this Groupon to surprise my daughter for her birthday. When I called to set an appointment they were rude. I still kept my appointment. Later that day there was a ton of traffic so we were ** minutes late. They said we needed to reschedule , which I understood . The next day they called me to say they considered us a no show and to keep the reacheduled appointment I would need to pay an additional $** deposit over the phone. This was not indicated the day before when we did in fact show up to the salon and rescheduled in person. The lady was extremely rude over the phone. I do not want to take my daughter to a place where she will not have a good experience . Please credit by account so I can choose a different salon

I’ve been using Groupon for over * years. Have never had an issue and now that I was this refunded within the * days of purchase I can’t get in touch with anyone
