Purchased sam's club membership recently for $**.** and a $**.** gift card was supposed to be a part of the purchase. Went to sam's club recently to pick up the actual membership card, and was advised that the $**.** gift card was to be handled by Groupon. Please advise as to what the process is to receive the $**.** gift card. I purchased the membership because I was led to believe that both the membership and gift card would be a single transaction once I picked up the membership card.**Your assistance is appreciated.**Leon Hollins
