Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-magrieco's own words
I purchased a driving lesson for my daughter on July *th. I called the company * different days before someone called me back on July **rd. We scheduled an appointment for ****** at *:**. Got a call on *** saying that they needed to move the *:** lesson to *:** (I know it was a *:** lesson). We rescheduled for today ****** at **. My daughter received a text from the instructor that she sprained her leg and can’t teach for * days. She can schedule her for Saturday **** @ **:** or *:**. My daughter is not available for either one. I would like a refund and would rather pay full price for someone that actually wants to teach a lesson. My daughter goes back to school at the end of August. That’s why I wanted it done during the summer.
GetHuman-magrieco did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

prior to using GetHuman, I had emailed *****@***.com and they got back to me. I can transfer my purchase to another item. I can't get my money back.
