Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jjamuso's own words
I bought a * day Groupon for Park Plus - I called park plus to make a reservation and felt at that point all was taken care of.... when we showed up July ** on our way to vacation at *:** in the morning and was shocked that when they stated that they had no reservation in my name and no parking spots available for me.. I know I spoke to a representative and gave them my dates needed, my car description, and licience plate. If you look in my Groupon records you can see that we ended up parking at Jiffy and bought a * day Groupon you had available. I am very disappointed in Park plus and have read many negative reviews since this happened with some similar stories to mine. They obviously take Groupon reservations less seriously than non Groupon ones! *On the other hand I highly recommend Jiffy - friendly, courteous, helpful staff and a well run, clean facility!
