Hi Groupon,*This was unfortunately my very first experience using groupon. I had a credit that had to be used or else I would lose it so I purchased * tickets for Just for Laughs at Casa Loma on August *th. We arrived at the event on time however were told that there was no seating left inside the event so we would be seated outside. This wasn't clearly indicated upon purchasing the ticket that there was limited capacity to actually be admitted into the event space and that it was first come first serve. In addition, it was pouring rain and we were to be seated at tables that didn't have umbrellas or any sort of coverage. Some tables were given umbrellas however they then blocked visibility of the projection screen, which was our only opportunity to view the performance at this point. We left before the show even started, soaking wet and completely disappointed. I would appreciate a refund as this was a complete waste of our time and money. **Thank you.
