I recently claimed a **% cash back offer from Papagayo restaurant in Downtown Boston, MA. I used my credit card that is linked to my account when I went dining soon after but when I went back to look at my Groupons the cash back offer for Papagayo was not claimed and it made me re-claim it. I am not sure if the cell or WiFi service at the restaurant was bad when I tried to claim it, but I was hoping to have my purchase from Papagayo linked to the cash back claim. I have the receipt still if needed. It was around a $** meal purchase.
GetHuman-magaflyn did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
