I have a Groupon for cozymaid cleaning services but I cannot open the customer dashboard to indicate that I do not want ongoing cleaning services, that I just want to use the groupon for the One * hour cleaning session. I was charged for additional cleaning services even after I wrote an email saying I couldn't access the dashboard and I was cancelling the automatic *x*month cleaning sessions. I am very frustrated with the difficulty I am having with the faulty cozymaid website and I have gotten no help from them after emailing them
