Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I was trying to purchase ONE of the vacuums. The system locked up (said there was an error) and I ended up purchasing two. I waited to see if one email came over and two came. I tried to cancel the order and the system would not allow me to do so. ... I had difficulty canceling a duplicate order the platform would NOT respond. It is especially difficult to react quickly when your system is lagging. The time frame is too short- especially if you have customer service issues. *It is beyond frustrating that we can not discuss this with an individual like we used to be able to. I have hunted every which way to get an actual person on the other end of the line to know what to do. When your system locks up due to the number of people processing online, it is NOT fun!! Even Amazon has a method of getting in touch with customer service!
Stop or recall the shipment of one of the units. I did not want two nor do I. I already gave one away as a gift!
I have been a very long-term customer and have referred many to your site. I have purchased a number of products and given away many gifts.
I have tried calling- No*I have tried emailing- no response*I am now trying this format. *I great deal of energy to stop what the lag in your platform created at great cost to me.
