I have not received the weight scale I ordered using my credit card, although my card has been charged the total of $20. It has been over 10 days since the purchase. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered days ago, but I have not received it. I live in a secluded area and do not have nearby neighbors. I have been at home during this time and would have noticed the delivery. I would appreciate a refund back to my credit card as I am leaving the country for work soon and needed the scale to take with me overseas. Unfortunately, it is now too late. I will have to purchase one when I arrive at my destination abroad. Thank you.

Firstly, I recently discovered a reservation for a 3-night stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Portland, Oregon. Consequently, upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed unauthorized charges. I have taken the necessary steps to cancel the card, but I wanted to bring this to your attention. Secondly, I mistakenly purchased two sets of tickets for the Portland Thorns soccer game on September 7, [redacted]. I only intended to buy one set, so please cancel one of the orders. I should only have a total of two (2) tickets for the Thorns game on 9/7/18. Despite these issues, I am 76 years old, managed to paint on a ladder without any accidents, so I suppose it hasn't been such a bad day after all. Thank you, Laird H.

Dear Customer Service, I made a purchase through Groupon for a driving session scheduled for July 21, [redacted], at 10:00 AM with Xtreme Xperience back in May [redacted]. However, two days before my session, I received an email stating that due to the company's error in overbooking, my session had to be rescheduled to 5:00 PM, which was then canceled due to inclement weather. The options provided for the cancellation do not suit my schedule due to school commitments, summer travel, and the long distance to the nearest racetrack, which is 3 hours away. Despite facing poor customer service, I was eventually offered a partial refund of $50.24, with instructions to contact Groupon for the remainder. I was about to purchase the Sam's Club membership deal on Groupon. However, I encountered an issue during checkout with Paypal not offering me a 0% APR due to the order size. I switched to using my checking account but accidentally closed the Groupon window. When I tried to reorder, it said I had already ordered one even though I hadn't. I checked my Paypal and bank account, no payments were made. The cancel page shows the Sam's membership. Can I cancel this unplaced order and reorder? I really need this for my upcoming move to a college town with only one big box store. It's frustrating not to have a phone number for support.

I am reaching out regarding my Groupon account under the email [redacted] I have encountered some confusion with several expired Groupon purchases that were bought as gifts. Despite them showing as available in my account, upon closer inspection, I realized they were actually expired. This misled me as they were not clearly categorized. Moreover, there were issues with scheduling and availability for these purchases. I kindly request to convert the following expired, unredeemed Groupons into Groupon bucks: 1. Salubrious Massage 2. Order No. 1[redacted]60-[redacted] I am unable to continue with my laser sessions at Laser Zensation, which is actually Elite Med Spa BH with a different phone number. I am seeking a refund for the remaining 5 sessions. The salon is unclean, poorly marked, and has limited operating hours that don't accommodate my work schedule. Despite waiting over 7 weeks for an appointment, I arrived on time to find the salon closed with no staff present. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was informed that the technician had left for the day. I am doubtful of the legitimacy of this business and believe I will not be able to complete my sessions. They advised me to seek a refund through Groupon.

I recently contacted a Supervisor named Erica from the Getaway Department on Wednesday. She was supposed to help me resolve a purchase issue where my credit card information stored in my Groupon account was used without my consent for a stay at Cove Haven Resort in the Poconos on August 5th-7th. Erica assured me she would expedite the request since I have a reservation at a hotel I didn't book for tomorrow! I am frustrated as I haven't received any follow-up from her yet. I personally reached out to the resort to confirm if Groupon had taken any action, but they have no record of contact from Groupon or the supervisor. Despite this, the resort mentioned they would process a refund once they hear from Groupon. The urgency of the situation is paramount.

I had an awful experience with my Groupon massage purchase! I am requesting a refund and looking for compensation for the inconvenience caused by trying to schedule a massage with Kayla. I initially booked a 60-minute massage in May, but Kayla was unresponsive to my calls and texts. After threats to cancel, we scheduled for July 12th, but she canceled claiming a doctor's appointment. After multiple attempts to reschedule, we set it for August 4th. However, on August 3rd, I couldn't reach her to confirm as her voicemail was full. She then texted me saying she broke her hand. This behavior is unacceptable from someone named Kayla. Also, on July 28th at 3:30 pm, I booked a massage with Randy which turned out to be the worst one I've ever had. I am also requesting a refund for that massage. Please assist in resolving these issues promptly.

I recently bought a coupon from New Look Skin Center for around $[redacted]. I believed the order hadn't gone through when I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I mistakenly purchased another one. I accidentally purchased a second Groupon for hair services when I only intended to buy one. I then tried to use the extra Groupon as a trade-in for an Acer tablet or laptop within 24 hours, as per the policy. During checkout, I noticed that the hair credit wasn't applied to my purchase even though I initiated the trade-in process. So, to ensure I didn't lose the opportunity within the 24-hour window, I proceeded with buying a laptop again. However, upon checking the order details, both laptop orders are showing the full price without the trade-in credit being applied. I recently purchased a massage deal on Groupon and encountered some confusion with the booking process. I have contacted them multiple times for an appointment, but have experienced long wait times and no availability. I spoke with a representative today who informed me that there are no appointments for the next four months. I would like a refund for my purchases with the confirmation numbers LG-BG6H-1MVP-TLN9-6L2N and LG-SP57-RY55-W44Z-9JKB. It seems this vendor is not accommodating to Groupon customers, as when I mentioned my Groupon certificate, the agent's response changed. I was advised to seek a refund if I did not wish to wait for four months, which is past the certificate's expiration date. Today, I managed to reach a representative right after they opened; however, I was informed that no appointments are available for the next four months. On August 1, [redacted], I used my cell phone to book Blackbeard's Pirate Cruise in Myrtle Beach, SC. Unfortunately, I couldn't print the confirmation coupon. I then contacted Blackbeard's Pirate Cruise Company at [redacted] and they required confirmation for the reservation. They arranged the booking for four of us for Saturday, August 4th, and I paid by credit card. However, when I tried to cancel through Groupon, I faced difficulties. Despite leaving my contact details multiple times, I received no response. I attempted to stop the payment through my credit card company without success. The charges remained pending until today, causing frustration. The lack of customer support and unresolved issue might lead us to avoid using Groupon in the future. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for A Secret Garden Florist Cafe in Ventura, CA on 7-23-18 (#1[redacted]51-[redacted]) and used it with three friends on 8-3-18 to celebrate a retirement. The experience was not as expected. The tea room was not elegant as other places I have visited and the food portions left us feeling hungry. Despite asking for more, we were told it wasn't possible. The promised $10 credits per person for the florist shop couldn't be combined for a single purchase and could only be used on pricier items, which was not mentioned in the Groupon. On Sunday, August 5th, [redacted], around 11:00 a.m., I visited the Group On website to buy tickets for Raging Waves Water Park. Initially, I purchased 2 tickets without any issues. Later, I tried to buy 3 more tickets, but my credit card was unexpectedly declined. After attempting a third time, the purchase for the additional 3 tickets went through successfully.
