Hello, I'm Taieba Kohistany. I bought a groupon today (July 31, [redacted]) for a Four Wheel Alignment at Lorton Auto and went there for my appointment. The front desk assistant took my groupon voucher and wrote down the number to confirm it. They realized my car needed a different repair before the alignment, which I couldn't afford, so I had to skip the service. I asked about a refund, but the assistant directed me to contact groupon for help. I believe if the voucher was taken after the repair recommendation, this situation could have been avoided. I'm hoping to get a refund since I didn't receive the service I paid for. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change a while ago, and it was linked to my Facebook account. I deactivated Facebook and couldn't access the Groupon when I went for the oil change. I tried for 15 minutes but couldn't show I paid for the full synthetic oil change. I had the receipt but didn't receive the barcode. I paid again and now I got an email saying the offer is expiring soon. Even if I reactivate Facebook, I won't need the oil change before it expires. I want a refund or an extension on the deal because I paid but couldn't access the barcode when needed.

Good morning, I am Janet. I bought a Groupon earlier this year to use at LCK in Bellmore. Unfortunately, when I attempted to use it, the restaurant did not honor it as it was supposedly only for dinner, causing me embarrassment and inconvenience. The owner, Chris, acknowledged the issue but it remains unresolved. I paid the bill without using the Groupon and now seek a refund of the $40.00 value. I do not plan on returning to Left Coast Kitchen as I believe customers should not be involved in their disputes with Groupon. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Respectfully, Janet

I bought a deal for airport transportation with ABC Shuttle service through Groupon. Despite following the reservation instructions, I haven't been able to book. Groupon mentioned they would reach out to the service provider, but I still haven't heard anything. As my travel is approaching, I need to secure transportation urgently. I am seeking either a refund or assistance in redeeming the voucher for the service.

I am requesting a refund for my Groupon, The De-Stressor. I acknowledge that I have held onto it for a while. When I attempted to book for the second time yesterday and mentioned my Groupon, the earliest available date given was August 23. Due to personal circumstances, as my mother was ill and recently passed, I am now caring for my father who uses a wheelchair. Booking that far in advance is not feasible for me. I hope my long-standing loyalty and extensive purchases can be taken into consideration for this refund. It's worth noting that I have not even had a direct conversation with the service provider; all communication has been through text. Thank you.

Hello, Dear Customer Service, I had quite the disappointing experience recently. My family and I were looking forward to seeing Champions of Magic at the Performing Arts Complex in Downtown Denver. Unfortunately, we arrived only to find out that the show had been cancelled and rescheduled for November without any notification from Groupon. This was a big letdown, especially for our kids as we had planned our day around this event. We ended up purchasing tickets for Les Miserables instead, costing us $[redacted] for the night. Since we will be traveling during the rescheduled date in November, I am hoping to at least get a refund for the tickets. The lack of communication and inconvenience have left me frustrated, and I believe Groupon should do more to rectify this situation. Hello Groupon Support Team, I purchased a McMow glass blowing class for two on Friday the 27th for my mom's upcoming birthday trip to West Palm Beach from August 10-12. I was unable to find the class availability on McMow's website or Groupon page, so I reached out to McMow via email to inquire about their calendar. With no immediate response and fearing the deal might expire, I went ahead and made the purchase, hoping for availability on the 10th or 11th. Unfortunately, I found out later that they only offer an intermediate class on those dates. I am disappointed as the schedule was unclear, and I bought two deals for four people. I kindly request your assistance in initiating a refund as McMow does not handle refunds for Groupon purchases. Thank you, S.

I am disappointed with the company's treatment regarding the Groupon I bought for a massage. When I tried to schedule the massage, I was limited to Mondays through Thursdays despite the fine print suggesting limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays. The company refused any Friday or Saturday appointments, even in the future. Instead, they pushed me to buy a massage directly from them with more flexible booking options, which was frustrating. After planning to use the Groupon on my day off, I discovered they considered it valid only for new customers, citing a previous gift as disqualifying me. Feeling pressured and misled, I now have a useless Groupon for a massage and sauna treatment. Their lack of transparency in the fine print and their sales tactics have left me unsatisfied and wanting a refund.

I am requesting a refund for three SeaWorld tickets purchased. Due to bad weather, my family could not use the tickets during our Florida trip. My daughter, A. Wells, successfully received a refund for her six tickets. I would like the refund processed before the ticket expiration date of Jan 31, [redacted]. Kindly return the funds to my account. In December, I purchased a Couples Massage voucher for Tranquility Massage Garden with the intention to schedule it for June 1. However, due to breaking my ribs, I had to cancel. I tried to reach out via text and phone calls on July 23 to reschedule, but have not received any response. Nathan and Angel agreed to honor the voucher for two individual massages since they no longer offer couples massages. The voucher numbers are #[redacted]6 and [redacted]9 and state that the amount paid never expires. I am unsure how to proceed with resolving this issue.

I bought a Costco membership through Groupon in June. While using my work computer, a government one, I finalized the purchase. The instructions directed me to click a link to print my certificate for Costco membership and receive two gift cards later. Unfortunately, due to computer restrictions, I couldn't open the link and failed to forward it to my personal computer successfully. I can't find the certificate on my Groupon account, even though it shows as redeemed. Now, I'm stuck without access to retrieve the certificate.

I contacted the beauty shop to inquire about paying in person. They confirmed I could pay upon arrival at Market Curly. However, I fell ill on the scheduled day and left a voicemail to cancel. The owner called back to wish me well, but I later discovered my credit card details were on file without my consent. Upon realizing this, I called to cancel the appointment, to which she agreed. Unfortunately, due to being unwell and my advanced age of 80, I missed seeing that the appointment was still booked when tracking my schedule. I'm disappointed by this oversight and seek assistance in resolving the situation.

Hello, my name is Bianca. I bought a massage and spa voucher for $[redacted] a while ago. I disputed the charge with my bank, and it was recently reversed due to the cancellation. You wouldn't refund me my money. I have not used the voucher and do not want credit towards anything else. I simply want my $[redacted] back, please. It's non-negotiable. I don't mind if I never buy anything from Groupon again; I just want my money back. I find it unfair that your return policy doesn't allow for it. I had never ordered anything from your website before this experience, and I doubt I will in the future. I just want my $[redacted] refunded.

I signed up for BetterHelp counseling expecting to pay $68 for one or two months, but I was charged $[redacted] monthly totaling $[redacted]. I followed the instructions on BetterHelp.com/Groupon to avoid overcharging to no avail. Urgently, this financial strain must be addressed promptly. Messages regarding this issue remain unanswered. Contacting an agent has proven difficult as I cannot locate the link on the app or website. BetterHelp requested a screenshot of the Groupon and a code for application, but I am unable to find the code. My financial situation is dire with overdue rent. Immediate contact from an agent is requested for resolution. The code for the Groupon is needed for BetterHelp to rectify this error swiftly.

I purchased a $40 voucher for a one plant stem cell facial from Hello Gorgeous Skin Studio owned by Paula in Rocklin, CA. My scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute by the owner, Paula, for personal reasons, causing me to take time off work. After rescheduling for 08/2/18 at 4pm due to a work emergency as a teacher, I was running late. Paula refused to honor the Groupon price because of my tardiness, despite no policy stated about late arrivals on the voucher. She mentioned this practice brings in customers and laughed, which I found unethical. I am requesting a refund as I value ethical business practices to continue using Groupon for my purchases. Yesterday, I tried to book a room at La Galerie Hotel in New Orleans for August 19 to August 23 for $[redacted].84. When paying, an error message popped up saying the order couldn't go through. I then booked the same hotel through a different website. Today, I saw $[redacted].84 charged by Groupon in my account. I was surprised because I thought the payment didn't process due to the error message and there was no order on my Groupon account. I cancelled the Groupon reservation. How can I get a full refund for the $[redacted].84, and how long will it take?

I bought whale watch tickets from Groupon for Captain John Boats for 12:00 pm today, August 3, [redacted]. When I arrived at the address in Plymouth given by Groupon, the staff told me the 12:00 whale watch was in Provincetown, not Plymouth as stated by Groupon. Getting to Provincetown from Plymouth in 45 minutes is not possible. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets because Groupon provided the incorrect address. I chatted with Rajendran VG on the live chat, but they were unhelpful and ended the chat without resolving the issue. I have evidence that Groupon gave the wrong address, which I can share. I expect a prompt response.

Hello, I recently made a reservation for a 4-night stay at The Broadmoor Miami Beach through Groupon. Upon arrival, we encountered difficulties as the elevators were out of order, forcing us to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs, which was challenging particularly for a guest with asthma. Once in our room, we were appalled by the unsanitary conditions. The bathtub had a large ring of dirt and rust, the water knobs were missing, and the drain was clogged, causing dirty water to pool before anyone could use it. Stains on the walls and carpets were also prevalent throughout the hotel. My experience at The Broadmoor Miami Beach was extremely disappointing, and I urgently request to be relocated to a different hotel. I am deeply unsatisfied and hope for prompt assistance in arranging alternative accommodations. Kindly contact me at your earliest convenience to address this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for a Safari Salon $45 package in March [redacted]. I recently attempted to use it for an event before it expires in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon scheduling an appointment, I was informed I would have to pay an additional $40 fee. This situation was quite misleading, especially since I requested a downgrade but was denied. After trying to negotiate with the owner, I was advised to seek a Groupon refund if I couldn't afford the extra charges. If I had known about these hidden fees, I wouldn't have purchased the Groupon.
