On May **, **** I ordered a groupon for a cost of $** to be used at a restaurant Sette Bello in Ft Lauderdale. It was for * dinners, however, we only had * people and they told us they could not accept my groupon. On June *, **** I had a chat with a Groupon customer rep and was told I could not get a refund but you would offer me a credit. That was not acceptable to me. I finally had to go to Discover and was given a full credit of $**. Groupon agreed to accept the chargeback. It was credited to my Discover card. and now, almost * months later, Groupon has re-charged me $** for which I do not know the reason. I will now have paid $** for which I received no service or useable coupon.
GetHuman-syflcpa did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
