The company is refusing to honor the Groupon that I purchased. I purchased a Groupon for a massage. I called to schedule a massage, and they told me that I could only schedule it Monday through Thursday. I told them that they are fine print says limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays, not "no availability" for Groupons. I asked how far out in the future I would have to go to get a Friday or Saturday appointment- at which they said, that there is no date on a Friday or Saturday that they would honor the Groupon that I had already purchased. I have childcare available on the weekends, but during the week that's pretty difficult. The woman on the phone tried to upsell me, into buying another massage- from them directly, because with their package I "could book a massage, anytime I wanted.... including the upcoming Saturday."**I made arrangements, and called to schedule an appointment for my day off. After making specific plans to get an extra day off work. I which point that I was told that they couldn't schedule my Groupon "because it was for new customers only" and "to generate new business" and I had previously received a groupon for a facial and a massage, as a gift, for Valentine's Day the year prior. Which I had completely forgotten about. **Never in * million years would I give this company my business, based on their of brand of customer service and their "hard sell" approach to memberships. I felt like I was in a car dealership, talking to the woman on the phone-and like I needed a shower after dealing with their dirty bait-and-switch business practices. Now I'm stuck with a worthless Groupon, for $** for a massage and sauna treatment. Her suggestion was that I should give it to someone else, who has never been to their offices-and get the use out of it that way. I don’t have anyone else that I want to give a $** gift to, And if they are going to specify that it should only be for “new customers“ not those who have previously received a gift, or purchased a Groupon-then it should detail that in the FinePrint. ** They refused to schedule an appointment, then they refused to honor the Groupon-based on the fact that I had previously received one as a gift. They won’t provide this service on the Groupon And they won’t refund me the value of the Groupon. At this point, I want a refund.
