Hello Groupon customer support,**I have been with Groupon for last four years and I’ve always enjoyed booking and buying products with full satisfaction.**I would like to ask for help regarding recent booking that I did with Groupon and my experience with the quality Inn.**On **** I purchased a Groupon for taking my kids to waterpark at quality Inn. At the reception desk we requested a quiet room and we assured that our stay will be a pleasant one. Upon entering the room there were no tissue boxes, toileteries and the condition of the room was very poor. Stain marks were noted on the bedsheets. Air condition when set to auto with continuous fan mode did not work. I called the front desk and informed them about the issues and were told that they will look into it. We received the tissue boxes and other necessary items that should’ve been included as we check in. We were given a room on second floor with the door locked to another room where we could hear loud banging a noises as soon as we entered.**After informing the reception about the noise first at * PM, Second at ** AM and third call at * AM with no change in the level of noise from the next room. Loud bangs, abusive language, banging on the walls continued throughout our stay despite notifying the reception multiple times. Next morning we notified the reception again and a new agent was sitting who said that they were multiple complaints about the same room overnight. When we asked why there wasn’t anything done about it, agent said she will look into it. We also notified the waterpark front desk regarding the water temperature being so cold that two of my kids fell sick. For all these issues the only response we received was that the management will look into it.**My stay at the property was miserable you do constant noise, disruption, No privacy, I no accommodation from the front desk. What we want it to be a nice getaway for my children turned out to be a horrible experience for them. We were staying in room number *** in the noise was coming from room number *** throughout our stay. Overnight I even explained the front desk that we would be happy to check out if the noise level will continue since we were not able to sleep but we were told that Management will look into It and take care of the problem.**At this point I would like to involve Groupon customer service to look into the matter. I will be happy to provide for the information regarding the exact timings and the people spoken to regarding the complaints with no solution offered from their front desk.**Please let me know how can I proceed to file a claim to look into the groupon. I do not agree to pay for a service with no consideration and no respect for customers concern.
