I placed an order (GG-B*RG-***S-*GGH-JN*N)on ******** for a Fitbit Charge HR *to be given as a fathers day gift). My husband using it for * *** months and not working properly (charge only lasts less than * hours). Contacted Fitbit to get help and they said warranty not good if purchased thru Groupon. What help can you offer? Refund?! or at least provide name of company that sold product thru Groupon VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
GetHuman-tommienb did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
