Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jalban's own words
I want refund for the remaining manicure and pedicures ... Yesterday I went to appt at Utopia salon in Westfield nj for regular pedicure and gel manicure. There was one manicurist on duty. She commenced to tell me that she currently is the only manicurist employee (there were *). She flat out told me she didn’t like Groupon clients because they were taking time away from her regular clients. She questioned where I had my last manicure because my cuticles are terrible and to do a good job I needed “pain”. She used a metal tool to push the cuticles to the point where I wanted to cry. She was annoyed to remove a prior gel manicure because I didn’t tell her “right away. “. The manicure room is separate from rest of salon. We were the only people in there. No music. No tv. Just me and a person not afraid to tell me that she was quite annoyed that I was ruining her day. What is supposed to be a pleasant experience was the worst experience I have ever had at beauty salon. I still have another appointment in August * for the remainder of this Groupon which I paid $**.**. Please refund the other half, $**.**. By the way I have been to this salon * other times for manicures. At that time a different manicurist was professional and pleasant. That manicurist no longer works there.
This one person now needs to do the job of two manicurists. She is a very angry and annoyed employee I felt sorry for her situation but don’t take it out on the customer. If I hadn’t paid ahead of time I would have walked out.
They can make this right by refunding half of my $**. I have no intention to go to second appt ***
I have been there * times before. I had a manicurist who no longer works there. She was professional and did not complain to me about her job.
I did not contact the Salon. I believe Groupon should solve my issue. If they can’t I will go to the Salon in person and ask for refund.
