I do not have access to a $**.** credit. customer service keeps telling me it is there. I only see a *.** balance.

Trying to gain access to the credit of $**.** that I was supposed to be re-imbursed. ... I have a $**.** credit owing to me but my groupon credit balance shows *.**.**I have emailed and rang about this and keep getting told it is in my account. I am using a laptop computer to access my groupon and The Edge google chrome but it still does not show it. Customer service have told me by phone and email that they can see the credit in my account. I tell them I don't. If it is a mixup in my account then look into it and clear it up. Don't keep telling me it is there and not to use a mobile app. I tell them it is not a mobile app but still nothing is done.
Contact me and put the credit in to the groupon account I am using that shows *.** credit balance. When I sent them a computer screen shot of the account page with the nil balance, I was sent an email saying email was no longer an option for contacting them. How strange.
I have been a Groupon customer for many years.
