What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Groupon help.

Trying to gain access to the credit of $**.** that I was supposed to be re-imbursed. ... I have a $**.** credit owing to me but my groupon credit balance shows *.**.**I have emailed and rang about this and keep getting told it is in my account. I am using a laptop computer to access my groupon and The Edge google chrome but it still does not show it. I have tried purchasing something but it does not come up with any credit. **Would you please rectify this for me.***Roberta Reid
Customer service have told me by phone and email that they can see the credit in my account. I tell them I don't. If it is a mixup in my account then look into it and clear it up. Don't keep telling me it is there and not to use a mobile app. I tell them it is not a mobile app but still nothing is done.
Contact me and put the credit in to the groupon account I am using that shows *.** credit balance. When I sent them a computer screen shot of the account page with the nil balance, I was sent an email saying email was no longer an option for contacting them. How strange.
I have been a Groupon customer for many years.
