Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I wanted to exchange it for another massage at a different business. ... I purchased a Groupon and do not want to use it. The location of the business feels unsafe and the business environment made me feel uncomfortable. I was told that they only have male massage therapist and I am not comfortable with that. I have been very happy with all the massages that I have purchased through Groupon but this one is not a good fit for me. I would be happy to exchange it for another Groupon. Thank you very much for your help.
