I purchased a Groupon for the spa from your company. I spoke to someone last week and am still awaiting a resolution regarding the Groupon that the spa is not accepting. Spa Wish informed me that you voided it. I would appreciate it if I could either have my Groupon reinstated or receive a refund. I purchased two Groupons for $50 each. I bought two photoshoot sessions with Glamour Shots in Dallas via Groupon online. Unfortunately, I have been struggling to reach them as the number provided leads to a different company. After researching, I discovered there might not even be a real Glamour Shots in Dallas. My purchases are expiring soon, and I would like this issue resolved promptly. My husband bought me two microdermabrasion treatments from Jennifer at Spa North for my birthday. I tried calling them several times to schedule an appointment, but no one answered. When I went to the listed address during business hours, Jennifer wasn't there. I left a note but never heard back from her. After checking online, I found similar reviews from others who didn't receive their services or any communication from Jennifer. The purchase number is LG-PX25-J33R-RW6M-4LW9. I am requesting a full refund. It seems necessary to remove this spa from Groupon if this is a common occurrence.

I, Dawn O'Connor, purchased two tickets for the Tedeschi Trucks show in Indianapolis. Despite reaching out to GetHuman before the event, I was unable to transfer my tickets and ended up wasting $60. I am disappointed by the lack of clear guidance from Groupon on this matter. The ticket voucher also did not provide clear instructions. I believe it is reasonable to receive a voucher or refund for the $60 spent on unusable tickets. A quick phone call could have resolved this in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Dawn O'Connor.

Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon with the order number #[redacted] on July 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the company that issued it went out of business before my purchase. Despite that, they are still running the Groupon offer and taking payments. I feel this is very unjust for me and other customers. I am requesting a refund for this transaction due to this deceptive practice. I am open to having the amount credited back to my Groupon account if possible, but if not, I would like a refund to the card linked to my Groupon account. I also have another Groupon, order number #[redacted]95, for which I want a full refund directly to my bank account. I had raised complaints about this a few months ago and never received a response. I am not in the location covered by this Groupon, faced hostility there, and even received threats of violence and racial slurs. As a black man, I am concerned for my safety. I simply wish to be refunded for this unfortunate experience.

I purchased Groupon #LG-Z2BN-S5L1-ZMSZ-Z49M but was unable to use both haircut coupons before the expiration date. My voucher specifies that it never expires. However, today when I tried to use it at Paul Mitchell, The School of Delaware, they refused to accept it, claiming it had expired. I clarified that I only wanted to apply the $10 voucher value to my current services, not the promotional offer. Despite this, the school declined to honor the $10 value, leaving me unable to redeem the voucher. I am requesting a $10 refund since I am unable to use the Groupon I purchased. Thank you.

I recently discovered a Groupon email confirming an order for Gucci Guitly Eau de Toilette for Women: 2.5 Fl. Oz. which I did not make. The delivery address is in CA, but I reside in Illinois where all my previous orders were sent. $60.55 has already been deducted from my bank account, prompting me to cancel my card. I would like to discuss my experience with 2 "Ultimate Date Night" vouchers with senior management. Prior to purchasing, I verified the available restaurants, but unfortunately, all that were left were sports bars and pizzerias. My understanding was that the voucher could be redeemed for a full $[redacted] dinner if desired. However, without a restaurant that could provide even a $50 meal, I was unable to utilize the movie tickets as well. This does not feel like a misunderstanding; it seems like a deliberate deception. I attempted to contact Gael before my Groupon expired, but was unsuccessful in booking. Recently, when trying to reach them again, I found their website inactive and encountered errors when calling the provided number. Today, I received an email stating a refund couldn't be issued due to the voucher expiration, which is disappointing given the circumstances. I received an email about a trip to Italy around 5:15 today. I reviewed the details without intending to purchase. Suddenly, at 5:18, I received an email stating a purchase was confirmed for a Groupon trip for $1,[redacted].00. Despite not providing any information, my credit card was charged. I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and informed them of the unauthorized transaction. They suggested reaching out to Groupon for a refund. Although Groupon's customer service is closed, I plan to contact them tomorrow. If needed, my credit card company advised me to dispute the charge if the refund is not processed by Groupon. I did not proceed with redeeming the Groupon as instructed in the email to avoid complicating the issue further. I seek assistance as this situation is unprecedented for me, despite being a frequent Groupon user.

This is an urgent matter! My wife has COPD and the extreme heat in our area forced us to escape. We had reserved a 6-night stay in Palm Springs for relaxation, but a massive local fire has caused thick smoke making it unbearable to breathe. As a disabled veteran living on a fixed income, we cannot afford to rebook elsewhere, and waiting 10 days for a refund is not an option. There are two issues with the purchase I made. I purchased a Groupon for the Demi Lovato concert on AC beach. My concert ticket shows as refunded but the charge is not pending. The Demi Lovato concert was not technically canceled but turned into a free event with two opening acts. We were told we could attend the Chainsmokers concert for free on Sunday. However, after the concert date passed, my voucher is not showing up for me to attend the Sunday concert as promised. I don't need a refund for the concert but want to ensure I can attend the Chainsmokers concert. I'm confused about the situation and need assistance in resolving this matter.

My daughter-in-law in Oregon bought two 4-hour cleaning sessions from Fabulous Cleaning Services for my grandson, who is busy and I live with him. He asked me to schedule the cleanings. I contacted the Eagan, MN number from the email, as it's near us. A man answered, claiming to be from Fabulous Cleaning Service. However, when I mentioned the Groupons, he denied being the company and suggested I contact Groupon. The number I called was from a reputable website. My grandson and his mother are hoping to receive the cleanings or a refund. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for two massages for my wife and myself at a total cost of $99. I have been attempting to reach out to the service provider without any success. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and text messages as instructed on the voicemail, I have not received any response after three weeks of trying. I am seeking a full refund of the purchase amount instead of just a credit to my Groupon account. I would appreciate it if the funds could be refunded back to my bank account.

I have encountered multiple issues this week with the Groupon promotions offering UBER e-gift vouchers. Each time I attempt to make a purchase for the $20 credit for $10, I consistently receive an error message stating "By Invitation Only." It is frustrating to see this offer advertised and not be able to proceed with the purchase. I am disappointed in the wasted time and the lack of clarity on the eligibility for this deal. Additionally, I miss the convenience of being able to contact customer service via phone for support, as resolving issues online has been challenging.

I am feeling extremely frustrated right now. I received an email from Groupon suggesting I contact the business directly to resolve my issue, but this is exactly the problem - I haven't been able to reach Island Hellerworks despite multiple attempts via phone and email to schedule a 90-Minute Deep-Tissue Hellerwork Massage before it expires on August 19. Yesterday, I visited Utopia salon in Westfield, NJ for a pedicure and gel manicure appointment. The only manicurist working was quite vocal about her dislike for Groupon clients, stating they took time from her regulars. She criticized my cuticles and used a metal tool aggressively. The separate, quiet manicure room lacked any music or TV. It was far from an enjoyable experience. Previously, I had good experiences with a different manicurist at the same salon, but they no longer work there. I have another Groupon appointment on August 9, but I'd prefer a refund for the remaining $38 of the $76 paid.
