Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-terlin will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-terlin later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
at this point, just gettinga response from Groupon would be a good start. Although it's not my preferred solution, a return and a refund would be better than a watch i can only wear on that one day a month the date window is right. They say for a return, I need a label from them and with that i will definitely need assurance of my money back although i'd prefer the same watch that functions properly
