I booked a groupon for an hour jumping for our family. I called the first day and they were completely booked For several hours in advanced and they could not book for Groupon over the phone. We tried today and called the first * mins they were open and they were booked for the two times we were needing to use our Groupon. We leave town tomorrow. He had an additional time open that he said was a toddler time that was something I did not need the Groupon for and he said Groupon could return my money. After trying several hours on several days and having them booked I need to choose this toddler time he is taking about instead of trying to book during their normal jump hours.
