Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased * tickets to the Aquarium of the Bay thinking it was the Monterrey bay aquarium*When I got to the Monterrey bay aquarium they informed me I purchased the wrong tickets so I had to repurchase * tickets,*I do not need these tickets and am not gonna use them, how can I get a refund please Help !!! I love Groupon and just start using it and would like to continue using it.. Really hoping to get a refund
