Not fixed. Why would you report that? I'm still waiting for someone to call me. I keep requesting it.

Schedule the flight using my * vouchers ... I purchased a groupon for skydive Chicago-Milwaukee and have tried to redeem it multiple times per the instructions I printed out on the voucher. It's an online reservation, but each time I put the code in, which I have also repeatedly checked for accuracy, it tells me that the voucher is not valid or has not yet been sent from the site. and to check back in ** hours. I've been checking back every ** hours. My payment cleared my bank the following morning which was ** days ago. So what's the hold up!
THere is absolutely nobody to contact. Phone numbers give you a survey and punching various numbers only restarts the survey. Live Chat Groupon is impossible to find and once I somehow stumbled on it the guy quit the chat when the lame alternatives he offered I declined and asked and asked to receive a phone call during business hours.
I want to schedule my skydive for my * vouchers.
IDK...but I've ordered tons of stuff with little trouble. When I couldnt use the voucher at iFly a person walked me through it and I got scheudled. I actually have Starbucks and AMC vouchers that I've been also unable to use, despite following directions. ANd a ring that I ordered was supposed to be gold not silver, but I havent complained about any of this...mostly because its impossible to contact anyone, but also gave up because hte cost was relatively low and not worth my time. These vouchers seem to be a big scam and I believe I won*t be dealing with groupon any more It's not worth the frustration.
I've contacted Groupon via email multiple times and requested as many phone calls, but the live chat guy said there were no requests. How convenient. I've called the place you schedule through and I've attempted to call the place you actually fly and always get a machine saying to call during business hours, even though except for the first time I have called during what they report their business hours to be. And I finally got connected to a live chat guy. He did not resolve the problem.

I had to contact the vendor. Groupon did not solve my problem. I stumbled across a second phone number as I was on the internet trying to get somenway to get contact with someone at either place. The vendors number worked and the young lady was very helpful.
