The issue in GetHuman-bjmfiddl's own words
I have been charged for three orders that I have not been able to use because the bar code will not come on my printer. Two $**.** charges for Sam's and two days ago a $**.** charge for the Okla. City Museum of Art. I only use a computer with printer, no cell or ipad, etc. If this cannot be worked out I want you to take my name off of your list as I am tired of getting all of these "offers" (?) and not being able to use them.
GetHuman-bjmfiddl did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
