Help with my Groupon issue

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mjfivefi's own words
I would like a refund on my order. *In the item description it clearly states “no refund unless damaged” . I would say that chairs where the screws don’t line up properly would be considered as damaged.*I have emailed the customer support multiple times and they offered me $** for the hassle, and a new glass for the table that I had to wait almost a week after the other parts of my delivery, my table was delivered completely shattered. Damaged! *I had pieces of glass all over my driveway and all over my back deck which is where the box was delivered m. *I couldn’t use this patio set and it’s supposed to be enjoyed. *I have speant more time not to mention wasted money on this damaged set, and only to tun around spend more money trying to rush out and buy a new patio set from our local hardware store to accommodate my family. *If you would like a copy of our emails between myself and the companies c*s , I will be happy to do so. *Thank you for your time
