I made a purchase on Groupon on ********* but after that purchase I do not receive any receipt or any confirmation about the order , but it charged me on my credit card. I tried to cancel my order but I can not find any purchase history on my Groupon account. And today the pending charge on my account passed though.i do not know if the order shipped or not .I need help with canceling the order and need explanations why is this happening!
