I reached out to customer service last week regarding a previous Groupon I bought for Action Auto Repairs and Glass in Barrie, ON. This purchase was made because of another Groupon I bought for Cayuga Race Track which got canceled due to a car breakdown without any notification. The replacement Groupon for detailing shows as used on Oct 17, [redacted], even though we haven't used it. I called the company and they confirmed seeing the purchase, but didn't mention it being used. Customer service mentioned an ongoing investigation by their team, but I haven't received any updates yet.

I visited Crayola Easton for the first time after being recommended to use Groupon. Despite arriving at 4 PM, which I thought would be enough time since they close at 6, I was disappointed to find the place started closing by 5 PM. By 5:20 PM, everything was shut down, leaving my kids unable to enjoy any activities. I was frustrated when the staff member at the counter only serviced one last customer despite us waiting in line. Although the lady mentioned possibly providing passes for another visit due to my complaint, she mentioned it wasn't possible for Groupon purchases. I am hoping to receive alternative passes so my children can experience the attractions another time.

I recently visited Xpress Teeth Whitening on July 13, [redacted] with my son. Upon arrival, I filled out the required forms, only to be told that my child couldn't accompany me, as it was deemed unsafe. This policy was not clearly stated on the website or in any email communication. I agreed to reschedule, but was surprised to be charged a $30 missed appointment fee for an appointment I did not miss. The staff member was unprofessional in their communication, insisting on the missed appointment fee and declining to reschedule. I complied with the policy and understand the safety concerns but was taken aback by the treatment I received. I am seeking a refund or the option to use the fee for another appointment on Groupon.

I bought a GroupOn gift card at Kroger intending to get a $24.99 PrecisionTune oil change package at West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia. The purchase was declined as I couldn't read the pin # on the card. I got a message saying another card will be used unless I fix the issue within 24 hours. If I can't buy with a gift card, I want to cancel it. If not respected, I will close my GroupOn account and consider legal action.

I want to point out that the dates listed on the Groupon are incorrect. The correct dates are April 5-8, [redacted]. I am interested in purchasing the Groupon deal, or alternatively, I kindly request 2 - 4 day passes as a token of appreciation for bringing this error to your attention. It would be greatly appreciated considering the potential confusion it could cause attendees if they arrived on the wrong date. I have been trying to access live chat support, but I keep getting stuck in an endless queue with GetHuman assistance. I have tried filling out the online form multiple times, but there is no option to submit it. How will I know if my request for help has been received? Please either initiate a live chat on Groupon or give me a call. The dates on the Groupon deal are incorrect; the actual dates are April 5-8, [redacted]. There is no option for live chat, leading to a loop of redirection. The lack of live chat support is a significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a Groupon deal for jet skis in Miami's North Bay. The prices were based on different time slots. Initially, we were told over the phone that they accepted the Groupon, but upon closer inspection of the fine print, it did not cover gas, life jackets, service fees, etc. The Groupon we purchased stated a flat rate of $29 (a $[redacted] value minus $71). However, when we arrived at Captain Joe's, we were informed that additional fees were required, which were not disclosed on Groupon. Last night was the deadline for my hurry50 coupon, and I intended to use it. I was purchasing the Poraty u-shaped Pregnancy Body Pillow for my daughter. While attempting to use the coupon, the website kept adding 3 pillows to my order without allowing me to apply the hurry50 discount. Frustrated, I decided to stop the process and cancel the order. I frequent Groupon for purchases, especially food coupons for my kids. I believe it's important for customer service to rectify this situation. Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience with New Beginnings Relocation Services when they came to fulfill a Groupon deal I purchased for a 2-hour move. The appointment scheduling was challenging, and they changed the time on the same morning. Upon arrival, they requested cash despite the Groupon payment agreement. Despite showing them the voucher that clearly indicated payment via Groupon, they claimed ignorance and spoke with their supposed boss multiple times. I bought a Groupon for 4 champ passes at Boomers for $79.86. When I brought my kids there yesterday, an error message appeared on my Groupon app saying, "An unknown problem has occurred please try again." My experience with Sea Breeze Massage has been extremely disappointing. After receiving a Groupon as a gift, I discovered I was pregnant and had complications that prevented me from attending my appointments. When I tried to reschedule, the massage therapist was rude on the phone. Although she eventually agreed to upgrade me to a prenatal massage at no extra cost, she later unexpectedly demanded a $35 cancellation fee. During the appointment, she was disrespectful, claimed I was not a customer but just a Groupon user, and even insulted me for being pregnant and in the military. She refused to honor the service or issue a refund, telling me to leave. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. I am appalled by the lack of respect and customer service. I am requesting a refund in the form of a Groupon voucher to avoid anyone else enduring the same treatment.

I recently purchased a Groupon for hair salon services, including highlights, a haircut, and a blow-dry. I am requesting a refund for my order. The item description clearly states "no refund unless damaged." I believe chairs with misaligned screws should be considered damaged. Despite emailing customer support multiple times, they only offered me $20 for the inconvenience and a new glass for the table. Unfortunately, the table arrived shattered, with glass pieces scattered all over my driveway and back deck where it was delivered. This mishap prevented me from using the patio set as intended, causing me to spend more time and money than anticipated. To rectify the situation, I had to purchase a new patio set from a local hardware store to accommodate my family. I can provide copies of the emails exchanged with customer service if needed. I purchased the Laser Hair Removal - 6 treatments Large Area and was overcharged for two sessions. I tried to cancel within 24 hours but was unsuccessful. I used the JULY20 discount code and received $[redacted] off the first charge, but I was still billed $[redacted] for the second one. Please cancel the $[redacted] charge for the second item. I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions at Style Unlimited. When trying to schedule an appointment, I was informed I had to go to Laporte, an hour away from my home, despite choosing the salon due to its proximity as advertised on Groupon. The salon owner mentioned she operates in my town but does lash extensions only in Laporte, which was not specified in the Groupon details. After expressing my concern, she replied saying I had to visit Laporte for the service. Reviewing feedback on her website, it seems she has a history of making redemption difficult for Groupon users, often leading to expired vouchers. This morning, I purchased 3 water rafting vouchers. When I called the company to schedule, the employee was unable to redeem the vouchers. Now, due to unexpected changes to our vacation plans, I need to cancel 2 of the vouchers. I'm hesitant to redeem them online as it might make them non-refundable. We plan to use the remaining voucher for 4 people on Thursday. Is there a way to cancel or refund the unused vouchers?
