I am seeking a refund from "Balance Beam Consulting" for a $51 foot and head massage session that I purchased. I have been struggling to schedule an appointment using my Groupon. Despite leaving messages for Sherry, the practitioner, she only responds after 2 days and offers me an appointment 3 weeks from now at a location I cannot reach, despite my initial preferences. After her convoluted message suggesting a potential booking on July 31st, she paradoxically asks me to contact her via phone call. I followed up with a text 8 hours ago but have not received a response yet, leading me to feel like she is avoiding honoring my Groupon. I find this situation frustrating and would like a refund to spend my money elsewhere.

Hello! I just noticed that I was charged for 3 Dyson V8 vacuums on my checking account. This is definitely a mistake! Yesterday, I purchased one Dyson, but I had to refresh the website multiple times to get the confirmation number due to the slow processing speed. Now I see that I've been charged 3 times! It's a significant amount of money, and it occurred only because the website was slow and unresponsive. Please cancel the extra purchases and only ship me one unit. This error is distressing, and I hope to receive a prompt response. If only there were a phone number to contact you directly, as I really cannot afford to wait days to resolve this issue. My finances require immediate attention. Thank you.

I am attempting to order two deals and apply your current promotion, the Buy More Save More discount using the coupon code 'SAVE'. However, I am encountering difficulties placing both deals in the shopping cart simultaneously despite multiple attempts. Initially, when I added both deals to the cart, it indicated that two items were present. However, when I tried to explore other deals and returned, I could only add one deal at a time while the previously selected deal vanished. Do I need to buy each deal separately? I have a concern about a Groupon I purchased for ra Beauty that is about to expire. I tried to book appointments in advance but they were canceled last minute twice, leaving me disappointed as I had already arranged for a babysitter. My daughter surprised me and my mother with a Groupon for a custom facial mask at Anaya Salon in Libertyville, Illinois. I checked the salon's website, and it shows the original value of the service as $50 with the Groupon price of $30, but in reality, the actual original value is $30 regardless of the Groupon deal. I confirmed this price when I called the salon. This misinformation is misleading for customers, as my daughter believed she was getting a deal for a $50 service. I had an appointment scheduled with a service provider, but she was not present when I arrived. Despite booking the appointment over the phone, she claimed she forgot about it. I offered her another chance, but the same situation occurred today. I am fed up with the poor customer service. Could you please credit $40 to my Groupon account so I can find better service elsewhere? I enjoy using Groupon, and I'm certain you can verify my account. Thank you. I plan to leave a positive review for your assistance in resolving this recurring issue. It's unfortunate that I can't report individuals who provide subpar service. I couldn't even leave a review on the Groupon app because it said I hadn't received services, but I've been trying, with no success due to her unprofessionalism.

I recently received Xenitol from Groupon. Unfortunately, there was no allergen warning on the front screen of the Groupon page. The warning that it may contain shellfish derivatives and peanuts was only visible in small print on the back of the bottle. As someone with severe shellfish allergies, this lack of clear information is concerning. I believe Groupon should have a clearer alert about allergens to protect customers. I am requesting a refund as I would not have purchased this product if the allergens were prominently displayed during the buying process. It's important for companies to prioritize consumer safety, especially when it comes to potentially life-threatening allergies. Despite my medical background, I missed this information, emphasizing the need for better disclosure.

I am from Winnipeg, MB Canada. I recently purchased a Paint Nite deal on the Groupon app. Despite having my location settings set to Winnipeg, MB while using the app, I encountered an issue when I tried to use the voucher here. It stated that it was not valid for events in Canada. I am confused as I made the purchase in Canada with my location set as such, and I am unable to change my location settings to anywhere else. Upon checking my Groupon again, I noticed it specifies that it is not valid in Canada. This has not been an issue in the past when I bought Paint Nite deals. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an oil change deal from BigoTires through Groupon, expecting to receive three oil changes as in the past. When I contacted the tire store, they directed me to redeem online, a process I was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, when I printed the coupon and presented it during my appointment, the clerk said it had already been redeemed. I ended up paying for the oil change, realizing it was not a package deal as I had thought. To my surprise, my American Express card was charged $49 by Groupon, when I was unable to use the service. I have two related issues that I need assistance with: 1. I accidentally used my old employer's email account to log into my Groupon account, and now I can't access the account as the email is inactive. I need help transferring my recent purchase for "All in 1 Auto detailing" (order #[redacted]51) to a new email address or merging it with another account. 2. Even though my old account shows that I redeemed the Groupon on 6/14/18, I did not redeem it. I bought two Groupons for El Mundo Del Tango, with voucher numbers [redacted] and [redacted]4, totaling $58. Tonight, I tried to use them, but Ms. T., the owner, said returning students can't redeem Groupons. Although the Groupon indicates it can be repurchased every [redacted] days, she insisted it's for new students only. Even though I hadn't used a Groupon at El Mundo Del Tango before, she refused. On July 8, [redacted], I purchased 3 adult discount bus tour tickets for DC Trails Bus Tours/Washington DC via Groupon. I created a Groupon account, made the purchase, but did not receive the email containing the Groupon code necessary to activate the tickets. Despite being charged $81.00 on my credit card, I was unable to utilize the discount tickets. I am requesting Groupon to promptly refund the $81.00 back to my credit card. The order number for this transaction was 1[redacted]09-[redacted], placed on July 8, [redacted], at 7:55 am. While I acknowledged the activation of my Groupon account via email, I never received the discount code email. I had to buy the tickets in person from DC Tours at full price at 9:50 am, as I was unaware of any timeframe for utilizing the Groupon offer. Despite receiving an email from Groupon at 11:54 am, I refrained from opening it, following instructions from DC Tours to avoid being double-charged. I kindly request a full refund of $81.00 to be issued promptly to my credit card account. Thank you.

I ordered a couples massage at Dita Spa through Groupon for my birthday. I initially canceled the reservation for 5:30 PM on 5/1/18 because they didn't have availability. A staff member called me back offering to accommodate the time, but I declined as I made other plans. Later, I discovered my Groupon was redeemed on my birthday even though I didn't use it. The unclear cancellation policy states, "Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies," leaving me confused. Despite providing minimal information to John, I was told nothing could be done. The lack of clarity on the policy and the unexpected redemption of my voucher has led me to reconsider future purchases through Groupon. My partner and I purchased Groupons for Zoom Tooth Whitening. Upon arrival, we were informed that our dental insurance was required for the procedure, which we were not prepared for. They have overbilled my insurance, and legal action is being taken for fraud. Hello, I purchased a groupon last week for monthly parking at Propark and Rapid Park Garage located at [redacted] 1st Avenue in New York for $[redacted] on Wednesday, July 3rd, which I redeemed. Upon parking, I informed them it was a groupon and asked if any additional steps were needed. They assured me everything was fine, issued a ticket for retrieving my car, and I also redeemed the groupon. On Saturday morning, July 7th, when attempting to collect my car, I presented the ticket mentioning the groupon. Sadly, they refused to honor the groupon, insisting I owed an extra $[redacted] for the 4-day stay. The staff's conduct was disrespectful, denying they ever accepted groupons initially. They demanded the additional fee before releasing my car. I aim to address this issue as they accepted the groupon initially but subsequently demanded extra payment. Furthermore, I seek a refund for the groupon as I was informed that I should have parked on the first of the month, making my purchase on July 3rd impractical since I would be leaving at the end of July.
