Correct a comuter order error - your system kept knocking me out and I erroneously order things twice but it was not my fault please only send one pair of the shoes I ordered not two ... Please I need your help I used my ipad to order a pair of shoes and it did not go through so I did it again - now it went through twice and one pair was shipped not the other the order numbers are ********** and ********** I do not need two pairs of the same shoe can you please cancel the one that was not shipped - it says no refunds but it was not my error - if you look at my account that same day it also happened with a shaving kit - some problem the first order did not go through I did it again and then it came up twice but the system allowed me to cancel one. My name is Stanley Weitzenberg a good customer and you have the order numbers above to link to my account - the order process on Sunday was very frustrating and it could have been my IPad which I will never use again for an order just my lap top.
the order process on the Ipad is as good as the order process on my laptop for some reason - Both are apple produces
Only send one pair of shoes
Many. years a customer and never never return things always satisifed but please - do not send that second pair of shoes
