The issue in GetHuman-elisecas's own words
I had several items in my shopping cart that I left there for days, maybe longer,forgetting to move them to wish list but worrying about it because I didn't hit any more buttons to tell them to charge the card, which takes several steps. According to my bank Groupon tried * times over the weekend to charge me for almost $*** worth of items and finally succeeded and over drew my account over $*** & took everything in my checking account. Now not only did they take the $ I had to live on, they put me in debt over $*** to the bank! My bank said that they've had many problems with Groupon and that it could take more than a MONTH to get this squared away because Groupon is so difficult to getting in touch with. The order is still being processed so nothing is shipped out yet, but once it's processing I will be totally at their mercy and the *rd parties as well. I can't afford to eat or get gas because of this! What else can I do??
