The issue in GetHuman-elisecas's own words
I had over $*** in items charged to my debit card overnight. The ONLY item I wanted on there was the iPhone *Plus in Gold. None of these charges were authorized and it has severely overdrawn my account. I need all the money returned and all the items cancelled except for the iPhone* Plus, immediately before this stuff starts getting sent to me. It just happened overnight and I NEVER authorized the payments. I left some in My Cart but did not ever get past putting them in the cart. I do not know how this happened but now I cannot access any money in my account and it's overdrawn $****. PLEASE help me!!
