I am inquiring about the process and timeline for receiving my refund. I made a booking through Groupon with the supplier Dallas by Chocolate LLC for a 5-hour wine tasting tour on June 23, [redacted], with a product code of 51694P3. The booking was for three people. I received an email from Jeanine Stevens stating that Dallas by Chocolate cannot issue the refund as I did not book directly through them and advised me to contact Groupon for the refund. On July 2-7, [redacted], I made a reservation with Baymont Inn and Suites by Wyndham in Mooresville, NC. My confirmation number is 8171EC002759 and my account number is [redacted]37. I had to leave the hotel due to health concerns – the room was full of mildew and the pool was unusable. I plan to fight for a refund as the hotel had false advertising and several issues including poor cleanliness, lack of towels, and inappropriate behavior from staff. I have contacted my credit card company and will also reach out to the BBB. I have evidence through photos which I am willing to share. This experience was unacceptable, especially for my niece. On July 2nd, I purchased two Groupon vouchers to use at Fuji Steakhouse for a celebratory dinner with 12 people at the Bridgewater Falls location. I was relying on the discount offered by the vouchers because I am on Social Security. Unfortunately, when it came time to pay, I was informed that the restaurant does not accept Groupon coupons, despite me calling ahead to confirm they did. I had hoped to save $50 off the bill, but ended up paying the full amount of $24. This experience left me feeling disappointed and I don't plan on returning to that restaurant in the future.

I attempted to place an order for two Omaha steak packages before Father's Day for $79.99 each on 06/04/[redacted] using a Groupon. However, the promo codes were not working. I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue and have not received any response. I have requested a refund in every email but have not heard back. I bought a Groupon for an interior and exterior detail at River North Car Wash and Detail on May 20th. The earliest available appointment was scheduled for July 9th. Waiting 45 days for an appointment was already excessive, but I agreed to it. However, I recently received an email saying their roof had collapsed, causing all appointments to be postponed until August 3rd. Having to wait 2.5 months for an appointment is completely unreasonable. It seems like they may have overbooked themselves. I'm skeptical of this company because I had a previous experience where no one showed up for my appointment. Despite giving them a second chance, it appears they still lack organization. At this point, I feel it's best to request a refund.

The return has been confirmed. Please process a refund to my Mastercard promptly. I am finding this situation frustrating as there are no clear answers available and it is difficult to reach a customer service representative by phone. Additionally, I initially encountered a declined payment with my Mastercard when purchasing the item. I then re-ordered and used a different Visa card, yet Groupon attempted multiple times to charge my Mastercard without my authorization. This has left me hesitant to make future purchases through your platform.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Busch Gardens in Williamsburg but it was labeled as pending. Unfortunately, it was only posted hours later when I was already at the park. Due to this delay, I had to buy more expensive tickets at the venue. As I only had one day for this special occasion, it was quite frustrating not knowing when the Groupon would be available. Groupon refused to refund me for the inconvenience and did not provide any warnings about potential delays in receiving the vouchers.

I would like to cancel my order for a gold necklace with the name "Jessica" inscribed on it. I had requested the name "Madisen" but it wasn't changed as I expected. I have been trying to cancel the order online, but the system is not allowing me to do so, and I haven't been able to reach anyone over the phone. I am very upset about this situation and I want a prompt response. It's disappointing that the company didn't clarify that the name shown was the exact item being ordered and not just an example. On July 4th, I purchased a deal for Raging Waters which included 6 tickets. However, when I clicked to buy, it repeatedly processed the purchase without requesting my credit card information each time. This resulted in multiple charges of $[redacted].94 on my credit card, totaling $[redacted].82 instead of the intended $[redacted].94. I made a reservation for one room, but Groupon mistakenly booked two rooms. The hotel ensured me only one room would be charged. However, upon check-in, I discovered multiple ant bites on myself and my children due to numerous ants in the beds. The front desk acknowledged the ant issue and promised a refund, noting it in my reservation. I woke up to find over $[redacted] worth of unauthorized charges on my debit card. The only item I intended to purchase was the iPhone 6 Plus in Gold. I have contacted Groupon twice via phone and email but have not received a response. I purchased 2 Metal Unlimited items for wedding gifts on May 21 through Groupon. I am uncertain if the items have been completed yet as Groupon mentioned they would reach out to me for shipping details. I initially called Groupon to place the order and had some queries. I later realized I needed to redeem the items via email. I apologize for any confusion in the ordering process. One item is for F with the name Floyd, and the other is for T with the name Turner. I have not received any updates from Groupon or Metal Unlimited despite the payment being deducted from my account. The Turner wedding is on August 11, and the Floyd wedding is on September 11. After recently switching phones due to a divorce, I can't access my Groupon account because the password didn't transfer over. I've tried to reset the password, but the email on file is outdated, and my ex-husband changed the password. I had numerous items in my shopping cart for several days, possibly longer, without moving them to my wish list. I'm concerned because even though I didn't complete the purchase by hitting the necessary buttons to charge my card, my bank informed me that Groupon attempted to charge me nearly $[redacted] for the items several times over the weekend. They eventually managed to charge me, overdrawing my account by over $[redacted] and clearing out my checking balance. This has not only left me without money to live on, but also in debt to my bank. The bank mentioned they have encountered issues with Groupon before and warned that it might take more than a month to resolve this due to difficulty in reaching Groupon's customer service. The order is still in the processing stage, so nothing has been shipped yet, but once it's processed, I will be completely reliant on Groupon and their third-party sellers. This situation has left me unable to afford basic necessities like food and gas.

I recently had a coupon code redeemed without my authorization, and I never received a call to schedule my appointment after contacting the spa multiple times. This is the second unfortunate incident I've experienced in this regard, and it may be the last. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I would appreciate it if my account could be deleted, or if a refund or reduction could be arranged. I felt pressured to make an appointment as I was given conflicting information and the owner did not return my calls despite my repeated attempts to reach out.

I received a duplicate order when I only ordered one set. The print on the invoice is too light for me to email the problem with the correct Order ID.
