I purchased a bedroom ** piece package on June **th and was assured arrival to be July *th by FedEx. Today is the *th and FedEx says they know nothing of the sort. What the **** is going on. I can't talk to a human and I am pissed off. You had no trouble taking my money. Why am I having difficulty getting answers and talking with a live person. This will be my last time dealing with you. DO I NEED TO LAWYER UP!

I simply and finally got a human response via chat, to which I deplore, and got a refund. This was my fourth time trying to make a transaction with Groupon with a ***% failure rate. It was also my last. I am unsubscribing, and not dealing with any further frustrations.
