On ***-*** **** i had mad a reservation with you at the baymont inn and suits by wyndom in mooresville nc my conformation number ****EC****** acc. * ***-****** (if i didn't write it down would of never had the info for the hotel or let you know) but i want to let you know i am going to fight for a refund because this hotel was so bad i had to leave for not just health reasons, the room was full of mildew, no pool(all mildewed) i have a lot more that was wrong with this place. this hotel was false advertising (I have a lung problem my niece has a breathing problem and we both could not breath that good that we had to to use our in hailers) i had to get out of there and go to another place. I had to contact my credit card company over this and i am going to get in touch wit the BBB to let them know about this for all the false advertising.* I have no other choose but to do this this hotel was for the homeless and in proper women workers along with the staff drinking and smoking joints with the people, very bad house keeping that they didn't know if the sheets were changed, no towels when i asked for some because there was none in the room, i had to go out and buy my own towels to shower.* there is a lot more and i even took pics of it so if you want t see them i have no problems sending them. I will be sending the pics and everything i had to see even with my young niece which was improper for her to see and head on what was going on in this nasty place. everything is going to be sent to the BBB when i get home.* you can cont me by email or phone******@***.com*number- ***-***-****** diane maus * reservation under debra rand
