Stephanie Tickle *****@***.com****** Old Richmond Road *Keeling VA ***** *I have already sent a detailed communication with Groupon but did not send my name, email and mailing address with it. This is concerning a fraudulent charge of $***.** on June **th that was made on my Groupon account. Citibank did an investigation and my card was hacked at Groupon after I made a purchase of coffee pods. I need an RMA to send back this king size mattress that was dropped off at my house that I did not order. Citibank said to be sure that I am not charged shipping and handling since not only did I not order or authorize this purchase but I did not accept it either. We have had the same credit card since **** and this is the *st time we have been hacked. I am very disappointed in Groupons customer service since the day the mattress was delivered and I talked to a representative which assured me within ** hours I would hear something...not a word. I am thankful Citibank has completed their investigation into the matter and told me to contact you again and insist on a RMA and get this mattress back to where it belongs which is NOT here. I am looking forward to hearing from you asap
