I purchased a Groupon for You and Me Hair Salon but have encountered multiple issues scheduling an appointment with them. I have reached out to customer support without any success. The owner of the salon has been unresponsive when I tried to schedule an appointment. I would like a refund or to exchange the Groupon for another one. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you.

I accidentally ordered several items instead of adding them to my wish list. I realized this mistake when going through my emails as I receive a lot daily and delete them every few days. The items I unintentionally ordered include a maxi dress, purses, flower seeds, and a water pitcher with filters. I was struggling to order the water pitcher due to price fluctuations, and my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. I'm unable to reach a live agent for help. Could someone please assist me?

Hello! During my family's recent trip to Boston, we purchased 5 All-Day Go Boston Cards through Groupon for 4 adults and a child for Sunday, July 1, [redacted]. While I was able to access all the adult vouchers, I encountered an issue with my 7-year-old son's voucher. When I tried to view his voucher, I was redirected to a Go City Card page indicating a problem with generating the pass. This led to us having to buy a separate ticket for my son at the aquarium that day due to time constraints. The Groupon showed incorrect opening hours for Fri, Sat, Wed, and Thurs. When I tried to book an appointment, the recording mentioned they were only open on Mon and Tues. I reached out on Monday, and the owner clarified that they're open in Sylvania on Mon and Tues due to posting Columbus hours by mistake. Unfortunately, those days don't fit my schedule, and he mentioned being fully booked until August. He kindly offered a refund, acknowledging the mistake in displaying the incorrect availability.

I recently booked a trip to Miami, staying four nights at the Broadmoor Hotel in North Beach. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expectations set by the 3.5-star rating on Groupon. The pool and furniture were unclean, prompting us to purchase day passes at another hotel for a pool day. We left early, originally booked from 6/25-6/29, on 6/27 with the promise of a refund for the last night and resort fees, made by the front desk staff member, Javier. However, upon calling the hotel, I was informed that a refund was not possible as promised. I am seeking a refund for two nights and two days of resort fees as we only occupied the room on 6/25 and 6/26. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. On March 15th at 3:00, America Air Duct cleaned my air ducts. I encountered issues purchasing a Groupon, managed to secure the phone number, and contacted them. They agreed to the Groupon price. The technician arrived, set up in the kitchen, and highlighted a dirty vent, indicating additional costs totaling over $[redacted]. He assured me of a two-year warranty, offering a discounted third-year service if needed. He checked other vents but primarily focused on the kitchen vent, explaining that they were all interconnected. However, I was concerned about the lack of thorough cleaning in other rooms. Despite being given a final quote over $[redacted], I negotiated a reduced price by paying in cash. I later noticed several issues: - Uncleaned ducts after inspection - Overcharging - Unresponsive phone line with a full voice mailbox The main concern is the noticeably clogged vents in the master bedroom and bathroom, leading to extreme temperature differences throughout the year. Despite persistent attempts, I have been unable to address these issues independently. The lack of communication from the company is concerning. I seek assistance to resolve this disappointing situation.

Good afternoon, I recently used a Groupon to buy a five-day juice cleanse for myself and a three-day juice cleanse for my mother. What I expected to be a healthy and pleasant experience turned out to be a disappointing one. The cleanses arrived late and defrosted, some even leaking. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, so I had hoped shipping would consider the heat. Despite being cautious with the time outside, some bottles were missing, and some shakes seemed spoiled due to inadequate packing. This entire experience has left me very dissatisfied. On the 6th of June, we placed an order for (4) Sealy Titanium 14" Plush Pillowtop Queen Mattress sets and (2) Sealy Titanium 14" Plush Pillowtop Extended Twin Mattress sets. The delivery scheduled for Monday, July 2nd, between 1:00 and 5:00 pm, was delayed and arrived at 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, the shipper was unable to carry the queen size box springs up the staircase. They suggest exchanging the (4) low profile queen size box springs for low profile queen split box springs or finding an alternative solution to deliver the box springs. John M.

My wife and I are celebrating her birthday today. We decided to treat ourselves to a nearby hotel while awaiting our next planned destination. Unfortunately, our plans fell through, and we find ourselves feeling stuck in a hotel just under an hour away from our home. This situation has put a dampener on our birthday celebrations. We made a reservation at The Claridge Hotel through Groupon. During our stay, we were disturbed by a couple in the next room arguing loudly at 4 am, causing a disturbance that woke us and our kids. Despite contacting security twice, the disturbances continued. The check-in and check-out processes were slow even though the hotel wasn't busy. Additionally, we had to evacuate the hotel due to a false fire alarm without being informed it was a drill. The cleanliness of our room was subpar as we found hair in the shower and an unvacuumed carpet, leading to stepping on a beer bottle cap. We didn't bring these issues up until now, but we expected better service considering the amount we paid for our reservation. Very disappointed with our experience.

I bought a Groupon deal for 4 tickets to Canada's Wonderland at $29.99 each, totaling $[redacted].96. However, my total was over $[redacted].00 due to unexpected foreign exchange fees. I've never encountered this issue before. I was charged and refunded multiple times, but each refund was less due to currency conversion. I don't want to pay $[redacted].00 for tickets that were supposed to be $29.99. The original price was appealing, but now it's not worth it. I could've gotten the same deal at Costco. I bought 2 Groupons for Ambassador Tours in Halifax, NS, but the tour got canceled. Now I am looking for a refund. Help needed, Scott P. Email at [redacted] I reached out to customer service through the provided email. While I did get a response, the individual mentioned not having the power to resolve the issue. He assured me that he would pass along my email to someone else. I am disappointed with the difficulty in contacting Groupon. This experience has definitely made me reconsider using Groupon in the future.

I came across a Groupon deal for the Stafford Space Museum and purchased tickets for myself and my grandson. The Groupon advertised a $14 admission, but upon arrival, I discovered the actual cost was $5 for adults and $3 for children. I unintentionally purchased two tickets instead of one due to the small screen on my phone not showing it was for two people. I ended up paying $16.50 for an $8.00 admission total. I believe the ad needs to be corrected, and I am requesting a refund. Additionally, I have some unredeemed Groupons that I would like to inquire about.

I discovered a fraudulent purchase on my Groupon account on June 12th for a king-size mattress costing $[redacted].56. Upon contacting Groupon, they promptly closed my account to prevent further unauthorized charges. Another mattress was also ordered fraudulently, but my credit card company flagged the transaction. We have been loyal customers since [redacted] and never experienced security issues before. The incident occurred right after I made a purchase for coffee pods on Groupon. Although the second mattress was prevented from delivery, the first one arrived at my house without my consent. Citibank advised me to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and seek coverage for return shipping costs, attributing the error to Groupon. Despite being assured a follow-up within 72 hours, Groupon has not contacted me. I appreciate Citibank concluding their investigation, but I am disappointed by Groupon's lack of customer service.

I recently purchased a parking voucher for "Econopark" near BWI Airport through Groupon. Unfortunately, the dates and times I selected were invalid due to blackout dates that I was unaware of at the time of purchase. Upon my return from my trip, I was met by a rude attendant at Econopark who informed me that my voucher was not valid. I had to borrow money from a friend at that moment, which was embarrassing and inconvenient. I am requesting an immediate refund of $47.00 from Groupon. My Groupon voucher number is: LG-BFKZ-6RHT-N74K-PLF9. This experience feels like theft and fraud to me. I will not be utilizing the services of Groupon or Econopark in the future. Dear Groupon Customer Service, I recently contacted you regarding a fraudulent charge on my account for $[redacted].56 on June 12th. I had omitted to include my name, email, and mailing address in my initial message. Citibank confirmed that my card was compromised after a purchase of coffee pods on my Groupon account. I require an RMA to return a king-size mattress that was mistakenly delivered to my address without my authorization. Citibank advised ensuring that I am not charged for shipping since I neither ordered nor accepted the mattress. Despite assurances from a Groupon representative that I would receive a response within 72 hours, I have not been contacted. This incident is the first time our credit card has been compromised since [redacted], and I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. I urgently need assistance but there seem to be no customer service options available to me.
