The problem is not fixed, waiting on a phone call from Izzati S's supervisor as they are looking into the problem AGAIN! I am so frustrated, Citibank said it was unauthorized purchase and all I need to do is return the mattress I DID NOT ORDER! Why is that so complicated???

The issue in GetHuman-lstickle's own words
Get a shipping label to return this product I did not order! ... On June **th I had a fraudulent purchase on my Groupon account for $***.** for a king size mattress that was sent to my house. I immediately called Groupon and the representative closed my account so my credit card number would not be used again since ANOTHER mattress had also been ordered and was on the way. My credit card flagged the purchase and I have been sent a new card as we have been customers with them since **** with no issues of being hacked. This happened immediately after I ordered some coffee pods from Groupon and some how someone got a hold of my credit card number. They stopped the other mattress from arriving but I still have this mattress THAT I DID NOT ORDER that needs to be returned. I did not authorize this purchase or accept it, it was left on my carport. Citibank told me to insist on on an RMA and that return shipping and handling be covered as well since this was a mistake on Groupons end. Can you please help me make this happen since the representative that I talked to said they would be in touch with me within ** hours and I never heard a word from Groupon since...I am thankful that Citibank has completed their investigation as I am very disapointed in customer service with Groupon
Citibank has already flagged it on my account but since Groupon will not handle things on their end, the mattress is still here in the box that was dropped off on my carport. It was proven after I ordered coffee pods the day before, someone got my credit card information... this should be a simple procedure
Send me a return label but supposedly they are supposed to call me and asked me to be patient. It's been almost a month since this happened and I called Groupon the DAY it was delivered.
I have tried everything in every way to get this done...HELP ME PLEASE SOMEONE!!!
