Help with my Groupon issue

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jmarkelw's own words
On *** we ordered (*) Sealy Titanium **" Plush Pillowtop Queen Mattress sets and (*) Sealy Titanium **" Plush Pillowtop Extended Twin Mattress sets. The delivery was scheduled for Monday July *nd between *:** & *:** pm and they didn't arrive until *:** pm. The shipper was unable to deliver the mattress sets into the home. The shipper claims the queen size box springs will not fit up the stair case into the home. We need to either exchange the (*) low profile queen size box springs for low profile queen split box springs or the shipper needs to find an alternative method for getting the box springs into the house. Please let me know how we can resolve this situation. Thanks, John M.
Shipper needs to find an alternate method to get the products into the home or we need to exchange the Queen Box Springs for Split Box Springs.
