Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon for my mother and I for Arvis at blessed nails in May. They called back last week and told me that they messed up on scheduling and needed to reschedule. They never called back so I called today and they told me I wasn’t on the schedule and that I’d have to wait until September and that is when the Groupon expires. The person on the phone was extremely rude and told me she couldn’t help me and to get my money back from groupon.
GetHuman-sarose did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
