Hi! My name is Josephine Tejada. My family werenin Boston over the weekwnd and purchased from*groupon * All day Go Boston Card , * adults and a child Sunday July *,****. I was able to access all the adult vouchers but unfotunately not for my *yo son. When I clicked the "view voucher" button , the next page that showed up was the Go City Card page that says " we had some trouble making your pass, on it were the customer swrvice comtact numbers. In short , i haven't even view the voucher at all. With our time so hectic that day and with the long line at the aquarium, me and my husband had decided to pay right then at the gate to pay for my son to see the aquarium. I would like to refund $** that I paid to groupon since we wont be using that card anymore. We are not going back to Boston. Please help mengwt a refund . Groupon order* ********** All Day inclusive Child Go Boston Card. $** purchase thru my monile app on July *.
