Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jhandle's own words
I purchased tickets for Jet Skis in Miami when I was there on June **th. I called to make a reservation for the next day Monday the **th in the morning but was notified that they were closed and that I can make a appointment for Tuesday the **th. I was not able to use them due to the my plane leaving the **th at * pm. I requested to refund my money and cancel the coupon. but I never received a refund and the coupons are still in my account I will not be able to use these at a later date due to me leaving in Michigan and wont be able to go back to Miami for a long time. Please let me know what I can do to get a refund.
