I was trying to request for refunding my amount which is ***$, *The reason I am asking that your system couldn't process my order and was failed and later some time it re-processed and charged to my credit card which is not supposed to.**Scenario :**I placed the order first time for one person which was **$ went through successfully and redeemed and got confirmation from the boat tour**Immediately after I tried to book the same for * of my friends, got an email for redeem, when try to open voucher it was not allowed me to open, so i I checked the status of this order, then system was updated as "Failed"**Hence I wanted * ticket for next Monday , I booked through Architecture boat tour website and finished my trip.**Later when I checked my credit card details, I noticed there was charges ***$ applied to my credit card, so I doubted why your system re-processed failure status order again which is not expected ? how you could system do that in this case?**I request you investigate it and refund the amount back**please let me know for any more info you required.**with regards*Satheeshkumar*********** ... As a new customer, I expected each and every customer concern thoroughly reviewed and provide the required solution
I am totally disappointed
